How many permits Do I need to qualify?
There are no minimums, you use our services as you need a permit.
What is your turn time?
Our goal is to submit your permit to the city within 1-3 business days. Since Covid, many cities have restricted hours or are by appointment only, which can effect the turn time.
Do you offer Drafting Services?
Yes, for pre-engineered projects such as solar, pools, patio covers/enclosures, retaining walls, driveway/sidewalk replacement, historic review, etc.
